Donald FOWLE
We are deeply saddened to report that Donald Fowle has died. Don was for several decades one of the leading librarians in the Theatre Collection at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center. Earlier in Don's career, he served as a librarian in the Seward Park Branch Library. He also served for many years as Chairman of Local 1930's Election Committee.
Don was predeceased by a month by his partner, Lionel (Lon) Lorona, who served for many years as Director of the General Research Division (Room 315) in the 42nd Street Library.
