Alison RYLEY
RYLEY--Alison, died peacefully on April 17 in hospice in Manhattan. Born in 1936 in New York City, Alison attended Greenwich Academy, Smith College, and Long Island University. A lover of dachshunds, ballet, and craft beer, Alison worked as a reference librarian at the New York Public Library, where she was bibliographer for culinary history with a special interest in the menu collection. Alison is survived by her only child, Alex; his wife, Lisa, and their son, Henry; and many loving cousins and friends. Published by New York Times on May 15, 2022.
